In August, AbbVie announced the 2023-2024 class of AbbVie Immunology Scholarship recipients, which includes 45 students living with chronic, immune-mediated diseases who are pursuing higher education in the United States. AbbVie selected this year’s class from more than 1,100 applications.

“As a biracial woman studying science and engineering while living with Crohn’s disease, the AbbVie Immunology Scholarship will help me secure a place among the next generation of researchers,” said Corinne Martin, undergraduate bioengineering student at the University of Maryland, College Park.
