Eligibility
Eligibility for Adobe Creative Cloud student plans extends to students enrolled in Grades 0- 12 and tertiary institutions, offering them access to essential creative tools for educational and personal projects. Teachers and staff are also eligible for the plans available to their students.

Students in grade 0-12 schools, including vocational and trade schools and homeschoolers, are eligible for the Adobe Creative Cloud Grade 0-12 student subscriptions. Grade 0-12 school teachers and staff are also eligible for the Grade 0-12 subscription.
University and college students are eligible for the Adobe Creative Cloud Tertiary Student subscription.
Accredited schools and universities are crucial in providing access to Adobe Creative Cloud as part of their commitment to equipping students with industry-relevant tools. Faculty and staff manage the distribution and authentication processes, ensuring the software is accessible to eligible students.
Verification
The verification process for student eligibility often involves submitting relevant documentation through official channels, typically managed by higher education institutions, colleges, and universities. Where students receive their Adobe CC software directly through their relevant institution, these institutions generally handle the verification process on behalf of the student.
If students purchase their Adobe software from the Learning Curve online shop, they will be required to upload their student proof for the current year.

Plan Changes: Creative Cloud Pro and Standard
The Creative Cloud for individuals plans are changing for customers. This page applies to customers with Creative Cloud all apps for individuals and students and teachers plans. At Adobe, we’re always evolving our products to make them better for our customers, and we’ve continued to build new features and enhance product workflows and performance. The Creative Cloud All Apps plan will be renamed Creative Cloud Pro for individuals and Creative Cloud Pro for students and teachers. The additional services and benefits make Creative Cloud Pro our best value offering across Creative Cloud, and the plan’s price is increasing to reflect this new value. To give our customers more choice and flexibility, we're also introducing a new plan for individual customers, Creative Cloud Standard. Existing customers can switch to Creative Cloud Standard in their Adobe account or by contacting Adobe customer care using the chat icon at the bottom of this page. New customers can subscribe to Creative Cloud Standard directly on Adobe.com.

Note: Only assets that are listed as “Free” are available to ACC employees and students.
To view the Adobe Stock assets that have already been redeemed by the College, visit stock.adobe.com and login. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the page. Within the dropdown menu, click License History to view all assets that have been previously licensed to the College.

The jump in cost from a student subscription to an individual commercial subscription is significant. To assist students in their transition from studies to business, Adobe provides a Creative Cloud Graduation Pack.

Additional Information for ACC Users
Austin Community College is FIRST community college in the nation designated an Adobe Creative Campus.
Installation
You may install Adobe Creative Cloud on multiple computers regardless of the operating system i.e. PC or Mac.
Account Migration
Faculty, staff, and students who are leaving ACC can go through a migration process of moving your Adobe cloud resources to a personal Adobe account. Please note: Transferring Adobe resources from an ACC Adobe account to a personal Adobe Adobe account must be done while you are still an active student or employee.
Cancelling Personal Subscriptions
Yes. Austin Community College has an enterprise agreement (“ETLA”) with Adobe. Because of this benefit, individual Creative Cloud subscribers can terminate their contracts and not be charged a termination fee.
The auto-renew process of individual subscriptions is entirely separate from your enterprise agreement. Thus each individual will have to contact Adobe on behalf of him/herself.
Contact Adobe Support and be certain to inform the support agent that you are a student or employee at Austin Community College, and you are provided Adobe Creative Cloud by your institution. Please ask them for a reference number in regards to this cancellation. Adobe Support will only help you cancel your existing subscription.
