North Alabama Community College (NACC) Tuition Payment Plan

NACC offers a tuition payment plan that allows you to pay your tuition and fees over time. Monthly installments are automatically drafted/charged using your payment of choice. The student portal pulls all allowable charges when setting up your payment plan. If there are any changes made to your tuition/fee amount, your plan will be updated to reflect the changes, which means that your monthly installment amounts could increase/decrease depending on the changes made, including financial aid added to your account. Depending on the date you enroll, determines which Payment Plan Tier you are eligible for.

General Information Regarding Payment Plans

  • Enrollment: Payment by payment plan requires the student or authorized user to sign up each term within their student financial account.
  • Installments: The plan features four monthly payments for the Fall and Spring terms (late enrollment may reduce the number of payments available) based on actual charges. Up to three payments are offered for the Summer term.
  • Changes to Schedule: The plan payments may increase or decrease if a student makes changes to their schedule.
  • Late Fees: Late fees may apply if payments are not made by the due date.
  • Initial Payment: The first payment and a processing fee are due at enrollment. For instance, UA charges a $30 processing fee.
  • Payment Scheduling: Enrolling in a payment plan does not result in automatic payment scheduling. Payment plan participants must either log in each month to make payments or schedule their payments in advance. Payments can be scheduled by following normal payment processes and modifying the payment date to the desired payment date.

This could include the transition from our planned hybrid delivery of on-campus and remote or online classes and experiences to the exclusive provision of University services, classes, and other instruction or experiences on a remote or online basis, as practicable, or on an alternative schedule. The University cannot guarantee or promise to provide a specific mode of delivery of services, classes, instruction, or experiences, or that the mode of delivery will not change during the semester. As such, the University will not provide any refund of tuition, in whole or in-part, based on a change in the mode of instruction or schedule of delivery of any services, classes or other instruction or experiences.
