Business Development Internship
Alice & Bob is looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Intern to join their US team. In this role, the intern will work closely with the business development lead and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
The Business Development Intern will be responsible for:
- Supporting business development activities, including prospecting, market research, and opportunity tracking.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth internal processes and coordination.
- Contributing to the preparation of marketing and sales materials for customer presentations, events, and partner engagements.
- Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform strategic initiatives.
- Participating in internal meetings, preparing summaries, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Requirements
- Soft Skills:

- Knowledge of the quantum computing ecosystem is a great plus.
- Language: Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken) required for technical communication.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a Business School or in a scientific discipline (physics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields).
- Duration: 6-month internship starting in Q1 2026.
Compilation Team Internship
As an intern in the Compilation team, you will work designing a variant of ZX-calculus adapted to the natural gate set provided by the Cat + Repetition + LDPC code, based on joint X measurements and local transversal CNOT.
Responsibilities
- Design a new ZX-like graphical quantum computing representation
- Study the specificities of such representations
- Apply graphical quantum computing to program Alice & Bob's QPU
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree at the Master’s level, and looking for a 4-6 month internship (ideally from May-September 2025)
- You have taken classes on quantum mechanics and quantum computing
- You have prior experience coding in Python and/or a compiled language (C/C++, Rust)
- A curious and pragmatic individual with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
- A person who is comfortable navigating an open problem with many ramifications.
- Motivation to be part of a fast-growing startup in a cutting-edge environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
Product UX/UI Design Internship
As a Product UX/UI Design Intern at Alice & Bob, you'll help build the tools that power the next generation of quantum computing. You'll work closely with Product managers, Engineers and Researchers to design internal tools that make life easier for them and for future external users. You'll take part in designing internal platforms that support our hardware and software team. From early research to polished prototypes, you'll help shape user-friendly experiences for highly technical users. This internship is available full-time for at least 4 months.
Quantum Algorithms and Applications Internship
Alice & Bob seeks a motivated and talented intern to join its Quantum Algorithms and Applications team for a 6-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to be at the cutting-edge of innovation, where you will contribute to the development of quantum algorithms for Alice & Bob’s cat qubit quantum computer.
