Understanding All Saints Academy Tuition Fees and Financial Aid Opportunities

Choosing the right school for your child is a significant decision, and understanding the financial aspects is a crucial part of the process. All Saints Academy is committed to providing a quality Catholic education, and this article aims to provide a detailed overview of their tuition fees, what's included, and the various financial aid and tuition assistance programs available to families.

What Your Tuition Covers

All Saints Academy strives to provide value for your investment in your child's education. The tuition fee encompasses several key elements designed to support a comprehensive learning experience:

  • Qualified and Caring Faculty: Tuition supports a team of qualified, certified, and caring faculty members dedicated to partnering with parents and students. They are committed to providing the best Catholic education, aligning with the mission and vision of All Saints Academy.
  • Comprehensive Learning Materials: The cost of textbooks, workbooks, web-based program subscriptions, and access to 1:1 technology, along with other materials that support and enhance the curriculum, are included in the tuition. The curriculum is designed to be challenging and engaging for students.
  • Nationally-Recognized Progress Assessment: All Saints Academy utilizes a nationally-recognized progress assessment test, as required by the Worcester Diocese, to monitor student growth and identify areas for improvement.
  • Safe and Secure Learning Environment: Tuition contributes to maintaining a safe, secure, and family-oriented atmosphere, which includes small class sizes to allow for individualized attention.
  • Specialized Classes: A regular, weekly schedule of specialized classes in art, music, world language, physical education, and Makerspace is included in the tuition, providing students with a well-rounded education.

Financial Aid and Tuition Assistance

Recognizing that families have diverse financial circumstances, All Saints Academy offers various financial aid and tuition assistance programs to make Catholic education more accessible.

Diocesan Grant & Aid Assistance

The Diocese offers a Grant & Financial Aid program with a yearly deadline in March. The specific date is announced annually. Applicants should be aware of the required documentation, as the FACTS Grant & Financial Aid Team will not verify any application until all supporting documents are received.

All Saints Academy Financial Assistance

Families seeking financial assistance directly from All Saints Academy must complete and submit a verified FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application. To inquire more information, contact the Office Manager, Mr.

Parish Support

All Saints Academy receives support from its three founding parishes: St. Dominic’s and St. Augustine’s in Breese and St. Anthony’s of Beckemeyer. Additionally, local parishes in Clinton County contribute financial support for children attending ASA. Financial Aid is available for K-8 students through each parish and is kept strictly confidential. To apply, families must use the FACTS program.

Diocesan SEEDS Tuition Assistance Program

All Saints Academy of Stockton participates in the Diocesan SEEDS (Growing Faith through Student Scholarships) Tuition Assistance Program. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need to qualifying families. All families seeking assistance are required to complete a financial assistance application. The new submission date for the financial aid application is typically the end of February.

SEEDS Eligibility and Process

The SEEDS program is designed to help children from families of lower socio-economic backgrounds access Catholic education. All families registered in one of the Catholic elementary schools are eligible to apply for a SEEDS Scholarship.

The application timeline is as follows:

  • Applications are accepted from December 1st through the last day of February for the following school year.
  • An application is considered complete and eligible for consideration when all required documentation has been filed and verified by March 15th. It is recommended to start the application process well in advance of March 15th due to the verification process.
  • Applications incomplete on March 16th will not be eligible for a diocesan scholarship.
  • There is a $40 per family application fee.
  • Recipients of a SEEDS scholarship will be notified by the school administrator no later than early June.
  • Families with past due balances at any Catholic School may not be considered for All Saints Academy or St. Salas.

Additional Tuition Assistance Considerations

Some tuition assistance opportunities are dependent on specific donor criteria. For example, some donors may prefer to support students who regularly volunteer in the community or are involved in the music ministry at their church. Completing the FACTS Grant and Aid application allows the Tuition Review Committee to match students with the criteria requested by the donors.

Fundraising Opportunities

All Saints Academy may offer fundraising opportunities for families to help offset tuition costs. For example, you must bring your certificates for ABC training and Food Handlers training and can expect to stay at this training for up to two hours (maybe less). All participants need to have an ID. However, this is not official employment, so you DO NOT need to provide a social security number and it is not counted as wages (for tax purposes). The money raised is given over directly to All Saints Academy, and the amount is credited to your FACTS account.
