Developing Amazon's Position on Policy Issues: Assisting in the formulation of the company's stance on relevant policy matters. Help develop Amazon’s position on policy issues.
Researching Policy Matters: Conducting research on policy issues and build and manage internal tracking and reporting systems. Research policy matters.
Interacting with Trade Associations: Engaging with industry groups to understand collective positions and strategies. Interact with trade associations.
Representing Amazon at Meetings and Events: Participating in meetings and events to represent the company's interests and perspectives. Represent the company at meetings and events.
Assessing Government Activities: Monitoring and evaluating government actions that could impact Amazon's business. Assess government activities of importance to Amazon.
Anticipating Potential Government Actions: Proactively identifying and preparing for potential government actions. Basic Qualifications

To be eligible for an Amazon Public Policy Internship, candidates typically need to meet the following basic qualifications:

Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Law degree, Master’s degree program, or relevant undergraduate BA/BS program. BA/BS required. Are enrolled in a Master's degree in a relevant field.
