Understanding Aspire Academy Tuition Fees and Programs
Aspire Academy is an educational institution that caters to gifted children, recognizing their unique learning styles and needs. It provides a collaborative community where students can excel academically and develop their social-emotional skills. This article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Aspire Academy's tuition fees, programs, and related financial aspects, drawing upon the available information to offer clarity for prospective parents and students.
The Aspire Academy Approach
At ASPIRE Academy at Arredondo, the educational approach is specifically designed for gifted children, understanding that they learn differently. The academy recognizes that gifted learners are insatiably curious, have passionate interests, and thrive in a collaborative community of like-minded peers. The staff is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where students excel academically and in their social-emotional development. The academy believes in learning by doing.
Tuition Structure at Aspire Academy
Aspire Academy employs a structured approach to tuition fees, with several options available to accommodate different needs and circumstances.
Competitive Hourly Rates
The Aspire Academy offers competitive hourly rates, charging per session of 1.30 hours each. A typical program involves 5 hours each week, divided into 1.30 hours of English, 1.30 hours of Maths, and 2 hours of Science. While some parents may feel this is insufficient, it exceeds the time allocated to these subjects in many schools or colleges. The academy emphasizes the quality of study over quantity, highlighting the importance of homework, research, and independent study. Students need time to process and put learning into practice. Too much time spent learning does not allow students time to practice their skills.
Monthly Study Programme
Students can enroll in a 15-22 hours monthly study programme, with fees payable in advance on the 1st of each month.

In certain cases, families can claim 70% of their fees, subject to an interview and means testing. Additional concessions may be available for adults and siblings.
Tuition and Mentoring for University Students
For students who qualify for Disabled Students' Allowances (DSA) on university courses, Aspire Academy provides 30 hours of mentoring and tuition annually. Fees are invoiced to the Student Finance England DSA.
Payment Policies and Procedures
Understanding the payment policies is crucial for families enrolling at Aspire Academy.
Family Membership and Registration Fee
In addition to program-specific fees, there is a $75 Family Membership & Registration Fee.

Late Payment Policy
If payment is not made by the 10th of the month, the card on file will be automatically charged for the amount due.
Payment System
Families are responsible for managing their balance and making timely payments through the JackRabbit Payment System. Reminders and invoices are not sent, as the staff is all volunteer.
Outstanding Fees
Students will not be allowed to attend the next semester at any campus until all prior fees are paid, unless a special arrangement has been approved by the Executive Director and/or Finance Department. Any payment arrangements must be pre-approved.
