Direct Student Instruction & Coaching

The Internship Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development of student interns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and Leading Training: The coordinator identifies, develops, and leads introductory training sessions and courses focusing on technology, organizational and operational skills, and leadership.
  • Experiential Opportunity Identification: Identifying suitable experiential opportunities and establishing clear learning objectives for each student within the program.
  • Progress Monitoring and Mentorship: Reviewing weekly status reports, holding regular meetings with students to monitor progress and ensure that internship work aligns with learning objectives.
  • One-on-One Coaching: Providing individualized coaching for students facing challenges in meeting expectations, which includes identifying additional resources for technology learning, assisting with project management, encouraging workshop participation, and providing deliverable feedback.

The final salary offered will be based on available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints. It is important to note that sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
