The Ultimate Guide to Auburn Student Football Tickets
Attending Auburn University football games is a cherished tradition for many students. This comprehensive guide provides everything you need to know about securing your spot in the stands, from lottery details to guest passes and ticket policies.
Understanding Ticket Eligibility and Ordering
Eligibility Based on Credit Hours
Your eligibility to order season tickets is determined by the number of semester hours you've completed at Auburn. The more hours you have, the better your chances of securing a ticket package.
Lottery for New Students
Students with no prior Auburn credit hours, including freshmen and transfer students, participate in a lottery for football ticket packages. For example, the lottery for the year 2025 was conducted on July 31, 2025. On this day, access to the My Campus system might be limited.
How to Order
To order your tickets or enter the new student ticket package lottery, follow these steps:
- Log on to AUAccess and go to the My Campus tab.
- Read the instructions carefully.
- Select your desired ticket packages.
- To verify your order, log out of AUAccess and log back in.
Partial Season Ticket Packages for First-Year Students
To increase the number of students who can attend games, first-year students are offered partial season ticket packages. In 2025, full-season ticket packages were not available to freshmen. The first-year ticket packages actually double the amount of first-year students that have access to good, SEC football tickets. Packages also ensure that most freshmen who want football tickets are able to get them.

Checking for Cancelations

Important Deadlines and Policies
Order and Cancelation Deadlines
The deadline to order or cancel student season packages and away game tickets is in August. For example, the deadline to cancel tickets was August 18, 2025. After this date, cancelations are not accepted, and no refunds will be given for any reason. Students should make sure they will be enrolled for the Fall Term.
Enrollment Requirement
Student tickets are intended for enrolled Auburn students and are significantly discounted for them. Student tickets cannot be used if a student is not enrolled in Fall Term classes. Students will be held responsible for tickets ordered. Withdrawal from school will not automatically cancel your order and clear your charges.
Away Game Tickets
Students must purchase a ticket package to be eligible to purchase away game tickets, which are limited to one per student and subject to availability. Student away game pick-up begins August 21, 2025, at the Scholarship Box Office at Neville Arena. All away game tickets must be collected at one time, and they are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Student Guest Passes
Guest Ticket System
Auburn University understands students' desire to bring guests to games. Therefore, a guest ticketing system was created that allows students the potential to bring a guest into the game. We are aware of students’ desire to have guests accompany them in the student section.

The Ticket Pool System
Purpose of the Ticket Pool
The ticket pool system ensures that students don’t gouge their peers by selling their ticket on secondary markets. It also eliminates the need for students without tickets to know or find someone not going to the game. We understand that every student cannot attend every game, and that they will often want to give that ticket to someone they know who can attend.
How the Ticket Pool Works
Tickets returned to the ticket pool will immediately be redistributed to a student without a ticket who wants to attend the game. the week of the game. Students often realize they no longer plan to attend a game for different reasons. Rather than having those tickets go unused and have an empty student section, students must return their ticket to the ticket pool to avoid penalty points for not attending. on Sunday night prior to the game, they will receive no penalty. Students without a ticket may request one from the pool at any time during the season for any game, and they will be distributed first-come, first-serve immediately as tickets are returned to the pool throughout the season. the week of the game. Students without a ticket will always receive priority to pool tickets before requests for guest passes. First-year students will still be able to request a ticket from the ticket pool for any game they don’t have in their package.

Penalty Points
Students can receive penalty points for returning their unwanted tickets too late, for not attending a game, or for not arriving to a game before the start of the 2nd quarter. Students will receive no penalty if they return their unwanted ticket to the pool before 11:59 PM Sunday night prior to the game. on Friday before the game, the point at which tickets may no longer be returned. Students will receive 2 penalty points if they fail to attend the game or if they fail to arrive by the start of the 2nd quarter. To make the ticket pool system work, students must be held accountable to return their unwanted tickets to the pool in a timely manner so that they may be redistributed. To promote a full, energetic student section that supports our team, students are expected to show up before the 2nd quarter. For the rare situation in which circumstances prevent you from arriving on time and you believe you shouldn’t be penalized, there is a penalty appeals process on this site.
Accountability
Given the creation of the ticketing pool, there must be a system to hold students accountable to return their unwanted tickets.
