Students are primarily ranked by a weighted score calculated using their math and science course GPA. In the event of a tie for the final spot, a secondary ranking factor of the prerequisite course GPA will be used.

Allow 7-14 business days from the date of receipt for evaluation. Official transcripts can be sent electronically via Parchment, Escrip-safe, or National Student Clearinghouse directly to Augusta Technical College. Students can use Degree Works, located under Academic Resources in Student Resources, to verify that ALL prerequisites have been satisfied OR current enrollment with expected completion by the designated deadline. Applicants may apply to be ranked for two Competitive Allied Health and Nursing programs per ranking cycle. A separate ranking application must be completed for each program of interest, with all prerequisites and required documents submitted by the deadline.
