Tuition Reimbursement: Supporting Career Development

In addition to scholarships, Bath & Body Works offers a tuition reimbursement program to support associates in developing their careers. Associates can submit a Tuition Reimbursement Program Application for Course Approval form to their manager for verification that the course work or degree program is work-related. Reimbursement requests must be received no later than 6 months after the course completion date. Upon approval, reimbursement for eligible expenses will be direct deposited into the associate's account.

Guild Education: Tuition-Free Learning

Bath & Body Works partners with Guild Education, an educational platform that provides access to tuition-free learning opportunities. Guild offers various programs, including college degrees, bootcamps, certifications, high school completion programs, college preparatory programs, and English/Spanish language learning.

Associates with 90 days of continuous service who are DC or Store associates (including U.S. District Sales Leaders) or have the title of Sr. Manager or below are eligible to enroll. The Wellness Center at DC 3 provides associates with easy, affordable, and convenient access to healthcare services. Summer Intern Program: Developing Future Leaders
