Locations

Big Loud Records offers internships at three in-person locations:

  • Big Loud Records on Music Row in Nashville, TN
  • Big Loud Rock in Santa Monica, California
  • Big Loud Texas in Austin, Texas

Internship Structure and Schedule

Big Loud internships are in-person, Monday through Thursdays, 20-25 hours per week. For example, the Summer internship session will run from June 3rd-August 14th, 2025.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own a set of department-specific projects and tasks and deliver them on time
  • Attend day-to-day meetings and support the team with entry-level work
  • Compile reports for team, which can include a variety of metrics, pulling data and compiling data into a presentable format
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as filling in detailed spreadsheets, filing, scheduling meetings and other items as needed, helping with office tasks related to department needs, making copies, presentations, packing promotional packages and more
  • Manage and maintain spreadsheets, databases, etc
  • Other marketing related tasks like creating graphics and content, managing social media accounts, Shopify stores, etc. (depending on department)
  • Support Big Loud/Big Loud Rock at industry events, award shows, press events, marketing events, photo and video shoots, etc.
