The FACTS Application Process

The Admissions Office will notify all prospective families when the FACTS form becomes available online and in the office, usually by November 1st. The Business Office will also notify returning families that it is available. Parents of incoming students should submit their financial aid applications by mid-February for consideration. The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application is an online application only. The application fee is $45 per family, and the deadline to apply for fall 2025 is February 15, 2025. Applicants will receive a letter with their financial aid award by mid-May IF their FACTS application is 100% complete, submitted, and verified. For incoming freshmen, priority financial aid review will be given to students who took the entrance exam at Bishop Hendricken and indicated that it is their first choice school. Notification of a financial aid award will be received within two weeks of the deadline and receipt of the enrollment deposit. To be considered, the FACTS financial aid application must be filed and also verified by FACTS.

The Dianne O'Reilly Scholarship: $10,000 awarded annually to 1 incoming freshman for highest achievement on the entrance exam. Candidates for this scholarship MUST take the entrance exam at Bishop Hendricken.
Principal's Scholarship: $6,000 awarded annually to 1 incoming freshman who places in the top 1% on the entrance exam.
Chaplain's Scholarship: $4,000 awarded annually to 1 incoming freshman who places top 3%-5% on the entrance exam.
Green & Gold Scholarship: $2,000 awarded annually to 1 incoming freshman who places top 5%-7% on the entrance exam.
