Internship Opportunities at BRAC
BRAC offers several internship programs designed to provide young people with the opportunity to utilize their knowledge in different functional areas:
BRIDGE Internship Programme: This six-month paid internship is designed for final-year students and recent graduates. It provides a meaningful opportunity for young talents to bridge their learning with practical experience. It connects academic learning with professional practice. Through direct mentorship from seasoned leaders in the industry, interns can jumpstart their careers. The BRIDGE Internship Programme has been initiated as part of BRAC’s commitment to develop the next generation of leaders in the development sector.
Regular Internship Programme: This three-month program offers a wide range of opportunities for graduate and post-graduate students. Interns benefit from exposure to an array of projects and initiatives in social development. Interns gain exposure to BRAC’s wide range of programmes, including poverty reduction, humanitarian response, social enterprises, and education initiatives.

As a Young Professional, you will gain practical experience through meaningful, on-the-ground work.
Eligibility and Application
BRAC welcomes fresh graduates and young professionals with a minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
