Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) Scholarship: Recognizes students in the MA, Accelerated MA, MBA, MSBA, MSF, and dual degree programs who are members of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) with a tuition scholarship in the amount of 25 percent.
Volunteer Service Scholarship: Recognizes applicants who have had significant volunteer experience in an organization such as Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Commonwealth Corps, or Teach for America with partial- to full-tuition scholarships.

Enrollment Deposit

If admitted, students need to submit a non-refundable enrollment deposit to secure their spot in the class. The deposit is \$1,000 for specialized master's programs and \$1,500 for the MBA program. This deposit goes towards the tuition payment and is not an additional fee. Admitted specialized master's students in rounds one and two can split their deposit into two payments: \$500 for deposit one and \$500 for deposit two. Admitted MBA students in rounds one and two can split their deposit into two payments: \$1,000 for deposit one and \$500 for deposit two. Due dates will be shared on the admissions letter.

Payment Plans

Brandeis partners with Nelnet to offer a monthly payment plan as a method to spread the cost of a semester over several months. Payments are required to be made on the scheduled due date, in the methods allowed by Nelnet, and must be paid directly to Nelnet.

Proof of Funding for International Students on F-1 Visa

Students who plan to study on an F-1 visa must show proof of funding for one full year of tuition as well as applicable costs like housing, medical insurance, food, books, supplies, and transportation. For the 2024-25 academic year, students will need to show funding of approximately \$34,155 in addition to their program’s tuition for one year of study (less any applicable scholarship for the 2024-25 academic year).

On-Campus Employment

Many students work on campus to help fund their studies. Students may apply for on-campus jobs immediately upon starting their program. During the academic year, students can work up to 20 hours per week on campus.
