BSD Education’s bridging the educational gaps between current learning, emerging technology, and future careers for future generations. They focus on providing unrivaled, world-class support that builds technology education teaching capacity at the ground level.
ParentVUE: A Gateway for Parents and Guardians
ParentVUE serves as a central hub for parents and guardians to access critical information about their enrolled BSD students. It facilitates communication, provides insights into academic progress, and ensures that the district has accurate and up-to-date student data.
Annual Data Verification: Ensuring Accurate Communication
Annually, parents and guardians are required to verify their student’s data. Parents and guardians of enrolled BSD students are able to complete this process electronically via ParentVUE. This annual verification is essential for several reasons:
- Academic Progress Communication: By updating student’s data, we can communicate academic progress to the appropriate contacts.
- Important Information Distribution: Ensures timely delivery of important announcements and updates.
- Emergency Contact: Allows the district to contact families quickly and efficiently in emergency situations.
- Medical Situations: Provides necessary medical information to respond appropriately to any health concerns.
This feature provides an option for families to verify their student’s enrollment information online via ParentVUE and most information will also be pre-populated.

Accessing ParentVUE: Account Setup and Login
Access to ParentVUE requires setting up a username and password. Parents/guardians perform this setup when they first register their student(s) with the Beaverton School District through the Online Registration (OLR) process. If they did not use the OLR system, then they can obtain an Activation Key code from their student's school office. Please review the guides below to help you setup your account.
ParentVUE can be accessed from a modern computer web browser or a mobile app. There is a new ParentVUE mobile app and an older ParentVUE mobile app. Both are currently available to download, but we suggest downloading the new app as that has some newer features and is more stable across different mobile platforms.
StudentVUE: Empowering Students
StudentVUE mirrors many of the features of ParentVUE, but it is tailored specifically for students. It provides students with direct access to their academic information, course materials, and communication channels.
StudentVUE Features
StudentVUE offers a range of features designed to empower students and promote self-management of their education:
- Online Course Requests: StudentVUE also allows for online course requests at participating schools.
- Accessing StudentVUE: StudentVUE can be accessed from a modern computer web browser or a mobile app. There is a new StudentVUE mobile app and an older StudentVUE mobile app. Both are currently available to download, but we suggest downloading the new app as that has some newer features and is more stable across different mobile platforms.

Core Values of the BSD Community
The Bellevue School District operates on a foundation of shared values and a commitment to excellence. These values shape the learning environment and guide the interactions within the community.
Key Principles
- High Standards: We hold high standards.
- Community Dedication: We are a community dedicated to learning. We are students, teachers, parents, staff, family, alumni and neighbors.
- Striving for Excellence: Together we strive for excellence in all we do.
- Thoughtful Action:
- Accountable Excellence:
- Shared Success: We embrace challenges and aspire to excellence for ourselves and for our community.
- Respect: We respect others and ourselves.
- Motivation and Preparation: Motivated. Prepared. Confident. Curious. We recognize that excellence is never finished, and may not be within reach right from the start. So we are motivated and prepared-not just for the goals, but for the effort we’ll put into them.
- Confidence and Curiosity: We act with confidence not because we know the answers, but because we’re ready to explore and discover new solutions. We are curious about what’s beyond the textbooks and the tests. What can I do to make a difference? Where can I find a solution? Learn about other people, places, and cultures.
- Community Participation: Recognize, support, and celebrate individuals. Participate in the community.
- Zero Tolerance for Weapons: We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for Weapons.
Reporting Concerns
Do not victimize others. If you see something, say something.
