Campus Shuttle Services
Carthage College offers free shuttle rides to different campus facilities and off-campus parking lots during the academic year. The Firebird Shuttle services are available at all designated shuttle stops. An abbreviated service will be available to and from the Wyndham Hotel. Local Transportation Options
Beyond the campus shuttle, several local transportation options are available for Carthage students:
Kenosha City Bus: The City of Kenosha No. 4 bus provides regular service to the campus Monday through Saturday. This bus route includes stops at Glenwood Crossings (Pick ‘N’ Save, Walgreens, McDonald’s, and other stores/restaurants), Downtown Kenosha, Meier, and other locations. On campus, the bus stops near the main entrance of the David A. Straz, Jr. Center.
Senior Shuttle Bus: Lewis County offers a senior shuttle bus to Jefferson Community College, which picks up and drops off in front of Kinney Drugs on State Street. Bus service is also available within the City of Watertown. Air transportation is available at the Watertown and Syracuse airports.

Package Delivery: Utilizing "Phil" and Other Methods
Carthage College provides a convenient Amazon package delivery system known as "Phil."
How "Phil" Works
To utilize Phil, the person ordering will need to select Phil as the shipping address. This can either be done through the “Your Addresses” tab and selecting “Add Address” > find an Amazon pickup location. Note: Not all packages will be able to be sent to the locker, depending on size and availability in the locker system. Students who utilize Phil may find that shipping speeds are sometimes quicker, though not always. When a package arrives, the employee needs the recipient's name, student ID, and whether it is a package or letter. The system will then prompt them to enter their pin. With the correct pin, a locker will open.
Alternative Package Pickup
Though Phil is a convenient way to ship Amazon packages to campus, it is not the only way. It is possible to send a friend to pick up your.
