Payment Policy

  • Chaffey College enforces a 3-day payment policy. Payment must be received within three days (including holidays and weekends) from the date of registration.

3-Day Drop for Non-Payment

  • Chaffey College has a 3-Day Drop for Non-Payment policy. If payment is not received within the allotted time, you may be dropped from your classes.

Dropping Classes and Refunds

  • Be aware of the deadlines for dropping classes (see the Schedule of Classes for specific dates).
  • If you drop a class before the refund deadline, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • If payment is not received by the deadline, you may be dropped from the class. This seat may then be used by another student.

Financial Holds

  • Failure to meet payment deadlines can result in a financial hold being placed on your student record.

Financial Aid

  • Priority filing for Cal Grant programs is March 2nd.
  • The disbursement schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Parking Information

  • A parking permit is required on all Chaffey College campuses.

  • Counseling uses ConexED to meet with students online, providing convenient access to advising services.

Waitlists

  • If a class is full, you may have the option to add yourself to the waitlist.
  • The system will show your position on the waitlist, indicate if you have checked-in, and display how many seats may be available.
  • Being on the waitlist increases your chances of getting into the class, but there is no guarantee that spots become available.
