Canvas accounts are automatically created for all actively enrolled students at Chaffey College.
Students gain access to Canvas two weeks before the start of each term.
Registered students, faculty, and staff have access to Canvas 24/7 Help.

Our Success Centers are available online, offering support through workshop participation and directed learning activities. As a Chaffey College student, you have access to these valuable supports!

Financial Information and Policies

Understanding Chaffey College's financial policies is crucial for managing your account and avoiding any holds.

Payment Policy

Chaffey College enforces a 3-day payment policy. Payment must be received within three days (including holidays and weekends) from the date of registration.

3-Day Drop for Non-Payment

Chaffey College has a 3-Day Drop for Non-Payment policy. If payment is not received within the allotted time, you may be dropped from your classes.

Dropping Classes and Refunds

Be aware of the deadlines for dropping classes (see the Schedule of Classes for specific dates).
If you drop a class before the refund deadline, you may be eligible for a refund.
If payment is not received by the deadline, you may be dropped from the class. This seat may then be used by another student.

Financial Holds

Failure to meet payment deadlines can result in a financial hold being placed on your student record.

Financial Aid

Priority filing for Cal Grant programs is March 2nd.
The disbursement schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Parking Information

A parking permit is required on all Chaffey College campuses.

Chaffey College is committed to providing comprehensive support services to help you succeed.

Student Health Services

All students have access to free healthcare at Student Health Services, located in CDC-A. Call 909-652-6331 to schedule an appointment.

Counseling Services

Counseling services are available to support new, continuing, and returning students. All services are available on a walk-in basis.
Counseling uses ConexED to meet with students online, providing convenient access to advising services.

If you are looking for digital equipment for your class assignment or presentation, Chaffey College can help.

Waitlists

If a class is full, you may have the option to add yourself to the waitlist.
The system will show your position on the waitlist, indicate if you have checked-in, and display how many seats may be available.
Being on the waitlist increases your chances of getting into the class, but there is no guarantee that spots become available.
