Financial Coverage

The scholarship provides complete coverage of tuition fees, excluding special fees charged by the faculty or program of the student’s choice. Travel Support

A bachelor’s degree is required to apply for a master’s degree, and a master’s degree is required to apply for a PhD.

GPA and Age Requirements

Candidates must also have an excellent academic record, with a minimum GPA requirement typically around 3.25. Undergraduate studies: Minimum GPA of 2.75; Graduate studies: Minimum GPA of 3.25. Additionally, a strong command of English must be demonstrated, either by a certificate of English proficiency from the applicant’s prior university or by results on standardised tests like the TOEFL or IELTS. TOEFL score of at least 500, or IELTS score of at least 5.0

Additional Conditions

Applicants who have studied at Chulalongkorn University for more than one semester are not eligible. Recipients cannot defer the scholarship period once granted. Recipients are not permitted to accept off-campus employment in Thailand during the scholarship term.
