EA Sports MVP Bundle

EA Sports is also offering an "EA Sports MVP bundle," which is a package that includes both College Football 26 Deluxe and Madden NFL 26 Deluxe. This package will give buyers access to the college football game on July 7 as well.

Early Impressions and Community Feedback

Feedback on the game has been largely positive, with many players noting significant improvements over last year's edition. The catching nerf to defenders is a total game changer for many players. It was infuriating to constantly have throws to wide open receivers picked off by cornerbacks with eyeballs in the back of their helmet. One user noted that the amount of user thrown interceptions and user picks is significantly down.

Dynasty Mode Simulation

Dynasty simulation logic seems better, but also very dramatic… Seems to be a real difference between 0 star teams and 5 star, which is something I wanted last year because it was stupid to see most teams in the 78 - 86 overall, just wasn't enough difference between teams.

One user simmed some years and noted that there were 18 0-star teams and Coastal Carolina was 52 overall, by far the lowest overall rating I've ever seen for a D1 FBS team. That'll be tricky to make sure that the 0-star teams aren't significantly worse than the FCS auto-generated teams. Transfer portal might be gutting low-level teams, so that might have to be balanced out.

Presentation

The presentation has been significantly upgraded. Also, is it just me or is there a ton of rain games?

Potential Issues and Considerations

Some players have noted potential issues with the high school challenges in Road to Glory, finding them tedious or broken. Additionally, mastering playbooks, especially when switching teams, can be challenging.

Team Building Considerations

This applies to most schools though there seems to be a heavy haves vs. have-nots in dynasty. I've seen some teams get absolutely bludgeoned. Even a team like JMU, James Madison, which is somewhere in the 70s ovr at the beginning and went 10-3 and Chesney won coach of the year for the SunBelt, the team collapsed about 15 points into the low to mid 60s, and sone 0 and 1 star teams are in the 50s overall. Overall also seeing way more realistic CFB tournament results.

FCS Schools

One problem with this is the FCS generated teams versus "the real teams," is that "The real schools" can collapse down into the low 60s and 50s, but the FCS schools will stay in the high 50s, so technically "better" than a bunch of 0-star FBS/Div1-A schools.
