USA Archery’s Collegiate Archery Program is a program for youths enrolled in a college or university and is a great opportunity for Scholastic 3-D archers to continue their archery journey beyond high school! Eligible participants can enjoy the sport recreationally or actively prepare for local, regional, national and international collegiate archery events, including Collegiate Target Nationals, Collegiate 3-D Nationals and World University Games and World University Championships. Nationwide, many schools offer archery programs as a varsity sport, official university club, or youth organization on campus. USA Archery can also help youths start an archery program if they choose a school that does not yet have a team in place.

National Field Archery Association (NFAA) and Easton Foundations

The National Field Archery Association Foundation (NFAAF) has joined forces with the Easton Foundations to offer scholarships (note: the last recorded year of distribution was 2012). NFAAF’s stated plan is to divide the scholarships evenly between recurve and compound archers, and also between men and women. Due to the number of participants who have not yet graduated from high school, any scholarships awarded to those younger members will be held until graduation, and recipients must attend a qualifying college (a two-year school, four-year school, or technical training institute is acceptable). Easton Foundations scholarships are awarded based on an archer’s accomplishments and future competition plans. Olympic qualifiers will likely receive more than NASP participants.
