Training and Development Team Support
This position is responsible for providing overall support of the training and development team in the implementation of university employee training. This includes the coordination of the training calendar, production of training and special event materials and multimedia, distribution of scheduled communications, assistance with securing training rooms and finalizing details for scheduled training, room set-up, and other pre and post training processes associated with the implementation of university training. The person in this position will provide production assistance during the designing, developing, and deploying of multimedia content in a variety of formats in support of employee learning initiatives offered by the Office of Performance Excellence (OPE). This position will also provide overall support of the training and development team (OPE) in the implementation of university employee training. From a technical standpoint, we are looking for someone who is eager enough to "dive in and figure out" new tools and emerging technologies. Your creative side comes into play as we often create promotional communications and multimedia presentations to support training events for our faculty and staff.
