Campus Life and Opportunities
Elmhurst University provides a well-rounded experience for its students, both inside and outside the classroom. Students largely agree that “life at Elmhurst is very calm” and seem to prefer it. Attendees “fill their days mostly by hanging out with friends or spending their time … in different clubs or organizations.” Greek life “plays a huge role” for several students, and Greek-sponsored events “take place semi-frequently” for other students to enjoy as well. The school’s student center also has a lot going on, as “there always seems to be free food or an activity.” The student center pulls double duty: “It’s a very comfortable environment for long periods of casual studying” too.

The university offers more than 100 student organizations, teams, and clubs, ranging from Greek life to intramural activities to the Mock Trial Team. Students can also participate in 20 NCAA Division III teams. Merit-based scholarships and need-based financial aid are available to students.
