Internship Structure and Duration
Duration of our summer internships are typically 3 months, spanning across the summer, with co-op opportunities covering roughly 4 - 5 months in either the spring or fall.
Compensation and Benefits
Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $40,000 - $145,000 base salary ($/year). Application Timeline and Process
While ExxonMobil recruits throughout the year, most internship and co-op recruiting occurs between August and November, with teams visiting campuses nationwide. Although we have internship and co-op recruiting opportunities throughout the year, most of our recruiting is done in the Fall, beginning in August and coming to an end in November. Students actively pursuing a bachelor's, master's or Ph.D. seeking candidates in specific disciplines.
