The FLX Rewards Program Year runs from February 1 at 12:00 AM EST to January 31 at 11:59 PM EST. Once you reach a certain tier, you will remain in that tier for the remainder of that FLX Rewards Program Year and all of the next FLX Rewards Program Year, unless you advance to the next tier during the current FLX Reward Program Year based on your spend amount. FLX Cash cannot be:

Used with a coupon or offer received as a result of your participation in the Customer Pulse Survey.
Used with more than one other coupon code (e.g., student discount).

Returns and FLX Cash

If you are entitled to a refund of FLX Cash, that amount will be refunded in the form of points back to your Account. If you would like to initiate a full or partial return for a transaction in which FLX Cash was applied, the original Account member whose FLX Cash Reward was applied will be refunded with a credit to their Account with the number of points corresponding to the pro-rated refund of FLX Cash that was applied to the returned item(s) in that transaction. In-store returns for transactions in which FLX Cash was applied cannot be processed as multiple returns and need to be processed separately per transaction.
