CIA Scholarships in New York

Next Gen CIA Scholarship: Prospective domestic or international students can win this scholarship by submitting a video to CIA by November 5, 2025. Ten winners will be selected, and the scholarship is available only to students enrolling in the January 2026 entry date. The award is renewable with a 2.0 cumulative GPA based on the program and provides $10,000 per year.

It is renewable if the student maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, with the exception of the NAACP competition, for which they must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or better. This scholarship is available to high school students only, with the exception of the SkillsUSA first-place winner in the national post-secondary culinary arts or restaurant management competitions. Scholarships must be used within 12 months of high school graduation. Competition sponsors include SkillsUSA, FCCLA, Prostart, and NAACP. Award amounts vary based on the competition level and placement.

It is available to applicants enrolling in Career Culinary Arts, Career Pastry & Baking Arts, or Career Health-Centered Culinary Arts. Up to one scholarship will be awarded, with a value of up to $44,094.39. Applicants must submit a high school or college transcript indicating a GPA of at least 2.5.
The ICE Cares Scholarship: This is a need-based scholarship to enable applicants to enroll in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts or Health-Centered Culinary Arts diploma or associate degree programs by bridging the gap between financial aid with a grant of up to $25,000. Applicants must have a grade point average of at least 2.50 in high school or college
The ICE High School Senior Scholarship: This scholarship is intended for current high school senior applicants and may be applied towards tuition for all degree and diploma programs in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, or Health-Centered Culinary Arts. Up to ten scholarships, each worth a maximum of $5000, will be awarded annually, up to 5 from the New York campus and up to 5 from the Los Angeles campus. The highest scoring applicants on the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test administered at the New York and Los Angeles campuses will receive a scholarship.
The Yellow Ribbon Scholarship: This is a $5000 scholarship applied to tuition and fees throughout the length of the program. To receive benefits under the Yellow Ribbon program, a student must be eligible for the maximum benefit rate under the Post-9/11 GI Bill and have served an aggregate period of 36 months of active duty service after Sept. 10, 2001.
Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Scholarships: ICE partners with C-CAP to offer culinary scholarships to students enrolled at our New York and Los Angeles campuses. The scholarship amount varies by program and class schedule selected. The scholarship covers tuition only for the program selected; student’s own funds must cover expenses for program supplies.
Kevin Nurse Scholarship Program: The scholarship is intended for a student who has overcome a medical hardship afflicting him or herself, or who has a family member with a medical hardship. Applicants should submit a 1,000-word essay explaining the applicant's medical hardship, passion for cooking and why he or she is deserving of the scholarship. The scholarship amount is $10,000 for Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, and Health-Centered Culinary Arts programs and $5,000 for Restaurant & Culinary Management and Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management programs.
Emma’s Torch Scholarship Program: Up to three scholarships are offered by ICE through the Emma’s Torch Scholarship Program. Scholarships may be applied to the Culinary Arts, Health-Centered Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Restaurant & Culinary Management or Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management diploma programs. Scholarship applicants must be graduates of the Emma’s Torch Program and meet their scholarship requirements.
Keystone $2,500 No Essay College Scholarship: This scholarship is for students and their parents who are enrolled or planned to be enrolled for the 2026-27 academic year.
