GloRilla Headlines Free NCAA Final Four Concert in Tampa
Tampa is gearing up for an electrifying weekend as the NCAA Women’s Final Four takes center stage. From April 3-7, downtown Tampa will be buzzing with activity, highlighted by a free concert featuring Grammy-nominated rapper GloRilla. This concert is part of a weekend brimming with entertainment, community engagement, and, of course, championship basketball.
GloRilla: From North Memphis to the Billboard Charts
Hailing from North Memphis, Tennessee, GloRilla has rapidly ascended in the hip-hop scene. In 2024, she achieved a remarkable feat, becoming the first female hip-hop artist to have three songs simultaneously in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 40: “TGIF,” “Yeah Glo!,” and “Wanna Be” (featuring Megan Thee Stallion). Her track “Yeah Glo!” not only became her longest-charting hit but also secured her third No. 1 on Billboard. The "Yeah Glo!" rapper has experienced a whirlwind of success on the charts and in pop culture.
Super Saturday Concert Details
The Super Saturday Concert, presented by AT&T, is a free event open to the public. It will take place on Saturday, April 5, at Curtis Hixon Park in downtown Tampa. Gates are set to open at 6:00 PM, with the opening act, DJ ReRe, taking the stage at 6:45 PM. GloRilla is expected to perform around 8:00 PM, although these times are subject to change. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the park.
AT&T Fast Lane
For AT&T customers, there's an added perk: the AT&T Fast Lane. By verifying their AT&T wireless provider status or showing their AT&T Fiber bill at the Main Entry, fans can gain expedited entry for themselves and one guest, securing a prime spot in the front of the line.
Transportation and Bag Policy
With thousands of fans anticipated to converge on downtown Tampa, the TECO Streetcar will extend its hours from Thursday to Sunday. The streetcars will run every 15-20 minutes throughout the weekend, with services available near Amalie Arena until midnight.

Bag Policy: Strict guidelines will be in place for all Final Four weekend events. Bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5", including backpacks, purses, and clear bags, are prohibited. Medical and parenting bags, with maximum dimensions of 14"x14"x6", will be permitted at designated x-ray entry points.

The NCAA Women's Final Four is more than just basketball games. Tourney Town will be the epicenter for all Women's Final Four fan and community activities. The event promises a diverse range of activities, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Tourney Town will feature Beyond the Baseline, which includes talks, panels and guest speakers designed to empower and equip women in sport and business with tools for personal and professional success.
Open Practice
Amalie Arena will host an open practice for the two teams competing in the national championship game. Fans will need to register for a free ticket for entrance to this event.
Team Arrival
Cheer on the final two teams as they arrive and enter Amalie Arena on their way to compete for the national title.

NCAA Women's Final Four Bounce
Fans age 18 and younger are invited to participate in this unique parade and free Women's Final Four event, joining thousands dribbling their way along the Tampa Riverwalk and into Tourney Town presented by Capital One - the official fan festival of the Women's Final Four. The starting line is at Curtis Hixon Park. Online preregistration is recommended, as space is limited.
Legacy Court
The NCAA and Dove are teaming up with the Tampa Bay Local Organizing Committee to refurbish an indoor playing court at the Riverfront Rec Center at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park. Work on the project will be completed before the Women's Final Four.
Connecting Tampa Bay
Connecting Tampa Bay presented by AT&T will bring together local college students and industry leaders to drive impactful conversations that will spark opportunities for mentorship and inspire the next generation of leaders. Connecting Tampa Bay presented by AT&T is a private, invite-only event.
Read to the Final Four
Designed to leave a lasting impact and legacy on the students of Tampa, the NCAA Read to the Final Four will engage, inspire and incentivize elementary students' love of reading. When the national semifinals tip April 4, the Read to the Final Four program will have challenged thousands of local students in the third grade in a reading competition.
Tampa: A Premier Destination for Championship Events
"We are thrilled to welcome the Women's Final Four back to Tampa Bay for the fourth time, reaffirming our community's reputation as a premier destination for championship events," said Michael Kelly, South Florida vice president for athletics. Rob Higgins, Tampa Bay Sports Commission executive director, noted the transformation of the championship campus since the last hosting in 2019.
