- Restrictions: Good Points® Loyalty Coupons are redeemable only in-store and only on donated goods. New goods are excluded.
- Program Changes: Goodwill reserves the right to change the rules, terms, and conditions of the Loyalty Program without notice. This can include limiting, refusing, and/or revoking Loyalty Member privileges without notice.
