  • Late Pick Up Fees: $3 per minute

Parents are responsible for keeping their billing account information up to date. Returned FACTS payments or payment failures may incur a fee, and repayments must be received within 5 days of the payment failure notification.

Payment and Withdrawal Policies

Tuition payments must be made through FACTS Debit Transaction with a checking account. Attendance any time during the month requires payment for the full month’s tuition.

The withdrawal deadline is July 31. Withdrawals after this date will incur a fee of 10% of the remaining tuition contract. If a student withdraws after the start of school, tuition is charged on a monthly basis, and a 10% withdrawal fee of the remaining contract will be due.

Requests for student transcripts or records will only be processed when the student's account is current with Grace Christian School.

Additional Expenses

Besides tuition and fees, families should also consider other expenses:

  • Uniforms: Required for grades TK-Jr.
  • Curriculum Materials: Tuition includes curriculum textbooks, workbooks, multiple technology licenses and devices, classroom craft materials, STEM and science class materials, art, music, drama, and P.E. supplies for TK-Jr.
  • Nut-Free Breakfast: TK-Jr. students are welcome to bring a nut-free breakfast item from home.
  • Before School Extended Care (EC): Billed through FACTS. \$10/hr for one student, \$12.00/hour for up to two students (same family), \$15.00/hour for three or more students in the same family for TK-Jr. High students.
  • After Care: Available for students in all grades from the end of school until 6:00 pm.

International Student Tuition

Tuition for international students is $19,645. First-year international students are also required to pay a $125 application fee and a $1,000 enrollment fee.

  • VISITING STUDENTS: Applicants seeking to spend one year or less at GCS.
  • FULL-TIME STUDENTS: Enroll for at least two years with the goal of earning a GCS diploma.
