Contract Details
All Graduate Housing contracts and Family Housing Contracts typically end on July 1st of the current academic year. However, tenants can cancel their housing contract early by providing at least 30 days' notice via the housing portal.
Occupancy
Housing offers are made for individual bed spaces. Studios and one-bedroom units are single occupancy, while two-bedroom accommodations house two individual Primary Tenants, each occupying one bedroom. Adding an Additional Tenant (over 18) to a studio or one-bedroom unit is possible, but they will not be billed separately or hold their own contract.
Parking
Parking management varies between Weyburn Terrace and Hilgard Apartments. Parking in Weyburn Terrace is managed by the UAN Administration Office, while parking in Hilgard is managed by Housing Services, with a waitlist in place. Keystone-Mentone, Venice-Barry, and Rose Avenue apartments each come with one parking space per housing contract. The Boulevard offers one parking space for single occupancy and two-bedroom units, and two parking spaces for three-bedroom apartments. University Village also provides one parking space per housing contract, with extra spaces available upon request but not guaranteed.
