Winter sports, men’s and women’s basketball, were not included, and decisions were dependent on public health mandates of each institution and state, in addition to the NCAA and its guidelines. College President Lawrence D. Czarda was among the Presidents of the USA South Athletic Conference who voted unanimously for the decision to postpone fall sports.

The USA South Athletic Conference intended to play as many contests as feasible for fall sports in the spring semester and conduct championship competitions in 2021, however, the NCAA Board of Governors was considering this matter. The NCAA Division III Management Council recommended that fall championships be cancelled.

Recruiting and NCSA

For student-athletes aspiring to join the Greensboro College Men's Basketball program, building relationships and creating a highly-visible recruiting profile is crucial. NCSA (Next College Student Athlete) offers student-athletes the information and tools they need to enhance their chances of being recruited. NCSA has been connecting coaches and athletes since 2000.

Key personnel in the Men's Basketball program include Head Coach Michael McDuffie and Assistant Coach Cory Dumas.

Academics and Student Life

Greensboro College offers four undergraduate degrees - Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Music, and Bachelor of Science - across 42 undergraduate majors and 26 minors. The academic calendar consists of two semesters and a summer-school session.
