Meal Plan Options for the 2025/26 Academic Year
For the 2025/26 Academic year, Hampton University offers a variety of menus and meal plan options designed around students' busy schedules and dietary needs. From the variety of cuisines and fresh food choices prepared daily in the University Dining Hall to a selection of branded concepts in the Food Court located in the Student Center, students have several options. On-campus students have the option to select from 19 Meals Plan, 15 Meals Plan. Off-campus students can choose 7 Meals Plan or 5 Meals Plan.

Option 1 - 19 Meals Per Week: Students selecting this option, if residing on-campus, will be billed $3,594.00 per semester (Fall/Spring). This plan includes $100.00 in Gourmet Dollars for each active semester.
Option 2 - 15 Meals Per Week: On-campus students choosing this plan will be billed $3,544.00 per semester (Fall/Spring). The 15 Meals Per Week option provides 15 meals a week (three meals a day Monday-Friday) with no meals available on the weekend. This plan includes $200 Gourmet Dollars for each active semester.

Option 3 - 5 Meals Per Week: This option is available to off-campus students and is billed at $1,700.00 per semester (Fall/Spring). This plan does not include any Gourmet Dollars.
Option 4 - 7 Meals Per Week: This option is available to off-campus students and is billed at $2,378.00 per semester (Fall/Spring).
Additional Financial Services and Information
- Account Accuracy: Each student is encouraged to periodically request a printout of her or his account at the student accounts window in the Whipple Barn to check the account for accuracy. The student accounts window is open from 8:30 am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
- Student Health Services: In case of illness, report to Student Health Services for treatment or referral to another doctor or hospital. If away from campus, secure treatment from the nearest qualified doctor or hospital. Completed claim forms, including medical bills, must be submitted to the company within 90 days from the date of accident or illness.
- Student Worker Paychecks: Student workers are paid on the 15th of each month. Paychecks will be released the Friday before if the 15th falls on a weekend.
- Banking Services: The University has partnered with Bank of America to provide banking services for students. The Banking Center is located in the Collegiate Bookstore in Hampton Harbor. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, Monday - Friday 10 am - 2 pm.
- Identification and Meal Cards: A $10 fee is required for a new identification card, and a $20 fee is required to activate the new meal card at the cashier’s window in the Whipple Barn. These fees must be paid in cash before a duplicate can be issued.
