Applying for On-Campus Jobs

Students interested in on-campus employment should be proactive in searching for and applying to open positions.

Not sure how to find or apply for an on-campus job? Submitted applications will be reviewed by the hiring department and they will contact students for interviews. Human Resources receives student hire requests from the hiring manager. Students are not hired into a position until they have completed new hire paperwork and have presented their acceptable documents to HR.

Work Study Programs

The receipt of a Federal Work Study or institutional Work Study award is not a guarantee of funds or employment. Work study is not deducted from your bill. Work study is a part of the self-help portion of your financial aid package. Students receiving work study awards are encouraged, but not required, to work on-campus. Students eligible for federal work study have priority during the first two weeks of each semester to secure a position.

Onboarding Process

Students hired into on campus jobs must complete federal employment paperwork, including the Form I9. Photocopies of documents cannot be accepted. If you have problems completing, printing or viewing any of these forms, please contact the Office of Human Resources at ext.
