  • Areas include Trademark and Commercial Names Registration, Corporations, Intellectual Property, Foreign Affairs, IT, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.
  • The internship takes place in the facilities of the Department, as well as in consulates and entities that manage external affairs in Puerto Rico.

Requirements:

  • Must be between the ages of 18 to 29.
  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree) of a duly accredited university in Puerto Rico or the United States.
  • A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00.
  • The study field should be directed to areas of work in the Department of State, such as Law, External Relations, IT, Finances, Accounting, or Human Resources.
  • The person cannot be an employee of a public agency of the Government of Puerto Rico.
