Requirements:
- Must be between the ages of 18 to 29.
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree) of a duly accredited university in Puerto Rico or the United States.
- A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00.
- The study field should be directed to areas of work in the Department of State, such as Law, External Relations, IT, Finances, Accounting, or Human Resources.
- The person cannot be an employee of a public agency of the Government of Puerto Rico.
