Irvine Valley College (IVC) provides a variety of forms to assist students with various academic and administrative processes. These forms, primarily available as electronic forms (E-Forms), streamline requests and ensure secure submission of documentation. This guide provides a detailed overview of the forms available to IVC students and their respective purposes.
Accessing and Submitting E-Forms

- To review previously submitted forms, click on “Forms History” and then select the icon for PDF or HTML view.
