However, Labouré, will cease academic operations in August, 2026. In a strategic move to ensure the continuation of its mission, Labouré College of Healthcare and Curry College have reached an agreement to transition Labouré’s nursing programs to Curry’s School of Nursing and Health Sciences. This partnership will also establish the Labouré Center for Advancing Healthcare Opportunity at Curry College.

The Labouré Center for Advancing Healthcare Opportunity at Curry College will play a vital role in preserving Labouré’s commitment to access and opportunity for diverse student populations.

Current Labouré nursing students who transfer to Curry will have the opportunity to complete their programs without interruption and graduate with fully accredited degrees. This ensures that students can continue their education without disruption.
