Mrs. Banchini earned her Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education nearly 27 years ago. In 1997, she established her first preschool and successfully managed it as the Director until she moved to the United States in 2000. Since then, she has continued to work as a Lead Teacher in childcare facilities and has pursued postgraduate university courses. Sandra shares her wealth of knowledge with her distinguished team.
The Director of Learning Together Academy is Mrs. Ursula Gerbi, who brings 14 years of experience in the childcare field. Ursula transitioned from an Executive Administrator position after seven years to follow her passion for teaching young children. She obtained certifications to work with 3 and 4-year-olds and now holds the position of Director. Ursula is dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Her goal is to inspire both children and teachers, with the aspiration of coaching educators to help them become the best professional teachers.
