Tuition Costs

The tuition costs for Legacy Academy vary depending on the grade level:

Pre-K - 5th Grade: \$5,830
6th - 8th Grade: \$6,480
9th - 12th Grade: \$6,790

Registration Fees

Returning Students (January 3-31): \$200 per family. The registration fee will be applied toward future tuition for the oldest student.
New Students (after January 31): \$200 per student.

An additional \$100 grade discount per student is offered for registration paid by January 31.

Additional Fees

Technology Fee: \$50 for all K5-12th grade students (included in the activity fee).
Pre-K Activity Fee: \$95
Kindergarten Activity Fee: \$160
1st - 4th Grade Activity Fee: \$375
5th - 12th Grade Activity Fee: \$475
Athletics: \$20 participation fee for the first sport, \$15 for subsequent sports.
Student Council: \$15 (included in the dues).
Spanish Immersion: A one-time registration fee of \$1000 is required when the application is submitted.

Payment Plans

Legacy Academy provides flexible payment plans to accommodate different family budgets:

Payment in Full: Payments are accepted through FACTS, which charges a yearly processing fee of \$25.
Monthly Plan: Choose between 10 or 12-month plans (10-month plan begins in August, 12-month plan begins in June). Monthly plans are managed by FACTS, with a yearly processing fee of \$55.
Payment plans include: pay-in-full, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, and bi-monthly; plans are adjusted for students enrolling after March and pro-rated for students enrolling after September 30.

Tuition payments begin in March or at the time of enrollment and must be paid in full by December 31.

- The yearly cost of tuition for grades 1st - 12th includes an all-inclusive lunch dining experience.
Before and After Care Program: \$7.25 per hour
- Central Campus: 7:00-7:45 AM (M-F) and 3:30-6:00 PM (M-F)
- Los Volcanes Campus: 7:00-7:30 AM (M-F). Los Volcanes Campus students are shuttled to Central Campus for aftercare.
Multiple Child Discount:
- Second Child: \$600
- Third Child and Up: \$750
- Fifth Child and Up: \$2500

Important Notes

Book and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the student attends school.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024.
The Legacy Admissions Assessment is comprised of the Bracken, WPPSI IV, the WISC V, and the MAP based on your students' age.

The school day schedule varies slightly depending on the grade level:

Pre-K to 5th: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM
6th - 12th: 7:30 AM - 3:05 PM
