The Senior Director of Health Services serves as the licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) and provides executive leadership over all healthcare operations across the community. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, clinical quality, operational performance, and financial oversight while ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. The Senior Director works closely with executive leadership and department heads to align healthcare operations with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices in senior living.
