The Life.Church Central Internship is tailored for young adults eager to learn from experienced ministry leaders. Program Overview
The Central Internship is a six-month program located at the Life.Church Central Office in Edmond, OK. Interns commit up to 40 hours per week to the program and receive comprehensive development through coaching calls, staff training events, and diverse ministry opportunities. The internship is scheduled to begin in May 2026, with an application deadline of February 15, 2026. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by the application deadline.

The Campus Internship is a full-time, six-month program. Interns commit 40 hours a week to various ministry activities and development opportunities. Campus Interns can choose to focus on a specific area of ministry, allowing them to tailor their experience to their interests and calling. These areas include:
- Host Team: Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- LifeGroups/LifeMissions: Developing and supporting small group leaders.
- Youth: Leading and discipling students in 6th-12th grade.
- LifeKids: Providing age-appropriate learning experiences for children from birth through 5th grade.

Real Life Internship Programs
Real Life offers internship programs during the summer, fall, and spring semesters, Your development at Real Life looks like identifying and activating your unique purpose. God has given each one of us different passions, gifts, and opportunities that might not have fully developed yet.

Types of internships
- Ministry internships are those whose primary focus is reaching out to a specific group of people who need more Jesus in their lives and this comes in many forms.
- Business Internships are those which relate to the operations of our church and its essential functions.
- Creative Ministries give our interns opportunities to build their skills through Production or Broadcasting of our Worship services, Marketing, Social Media, and Graphic Design.
Each internship is part time and 15-20 hours/week are required. It is possible to do 2 internships the same semester, but not all pairs of internships would work.
Compensation
Interns receive a stipend of $150 per week. In instances when an intern is doing 2 ministry internships at the same time, housing will be provided.
