Waiting List and Application Process

If space is not immediately available, Little Oaks offers a waiting list. A non-refundable $75.00 application/enrollment fee secures an offer for the next available opening in the appropriate age grouping/classroom. This fee is required with all applications, whether for the waiting list or for immediate enrollment. Applying early is highly encouraged.

Required Documentation

Prior to enrollment, parents/guardians must complete an application packet, attend an orientation, and tour the school. Little Oaks Academy’s policy requires full immunizations and submission of a current Department of Health Certificate of Immunization (TWIS Form) before admission, or at two months if a child is admitted earlier. Children under the age of thirty (30) months must also have proof of a physical examination completed within three months prior to the date of enrollment.

Tuition and Fees

The current rates are as follows:

  • Infant Tuition: $1308/month
  • Toddler/Twos Tuition: $1217.50/month
  • Preschool Tuition: $1133/month

An annual supply fee totaling $120 is billed monthly at $10/month. In addition to the non-refundable $75.00 registration fee per child, a tuition closure fee totaling 50% of the child’s current tuition is required within the first month of enrollment and maintained for the duration of their enrollment. Upon two week’s notice of withdrawal, this fee will be applied to the final bill or refunded. A multi-child discount is available for each additional child enrolled.

Discrimination Policy

Little Oaks Academy admits students of any race to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at its educational institution. The academy does not discriminate on the basis of race in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. Race in this definition includes color and national or ethnic origin.
