Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to all users of the FitPark.
- Check in all users when they arrive at the facility.

- Help wipe down equipment throughout the facility and keep the facility tidy and clean.

Impact on Live Oak: Interns that join the Portfolio Management Group will have the opportunity to understand and support our Portfolio Analysts in the numerous tasks they work on each quarter. The 10-week program will allow interns to work through financial analysis, shadow tasks and customer interactions, learn the lead to loan process and gain an understanding of Live Oak’s risk through Lending and Servicing functions. The Portfolio Analyst role is vital to the health and overall performance of the existing Live Oak Bank loan portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements from several different industries as part of our quarterly analysis and assist with annual risk grade assessments for relationships with larger exposure.
- Complete a capstone project and presentation outlining the lead-to-loan process using what you learn over the course of the summer.
- Shadow the day-to-day functions of the role, such as collateral, payment, and loan structure questions, managed and completed by a variety of Portfolio Analysts.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for internship positions is \$19.77 - \$32.12 per hour. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate’s salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
