We focus on service that always gives more than is expected.

Premium Services

The Executive Suite and Club Box Concierge is responsible for front line service to Executive Suites and Club Boxes, their guests and VIP’s for FedExForum and the Memphis Grizzlies. This role includes greeting, filling requests, and problem-solving during events.

Public Safety

If you enjoy working in Public Safety and like a high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere aligned with stars both big and small, with you being the most important star of them all, join our team here at the FedExForum. Our security positions provide a self-rewarding experience of assisting fans, patrons, and teammates.

Basketball Operations

Come and join the Grizzlies game-night crew! Want to be close to the action? If you are unafraid of hard work and breaking a sweat with the NBA’s top athletes, this opportunity is for you. You will arrive early and stay late assisting the equipment, training, and coaching staff to provide the best game experience for both the Grizzlies and their opponents each game night.

Box Office

If you are highly motivated individual who takes time to provide the best customer service experience possible, then our team is right for you.
