Compressed Calendar and HyFlex Working Days

Merced College is exploring innovative approaches to enhance work-life balance for its employees. One such initiative is the implementation of HyFlex working days, particularly on Fridays. This arrangement could allow classified professionals to work remotely, subject to supervisor approval.
