The Micklin Law Group Scholarship: Empowering Students and Honoring Fatherhood
The Micklin Law Group, a firm dedicated to men’s rights and family law, recognizes the transformative power of higher education and the financial challenges many students face. To support driven individuals, particularly those with single-parent backgrounds or those who have overcome significant obstacles, the firm offers the Micklin Law Group Scholarship. This needs-based scholarship aims to make college more accessible and affordable for deserving students.
Addressing Financial Barriers to Education
Brad Micklin, lead attorney and managing partner at The Micklin Law Group, understands the financial constraints that can hinder educational pursuits. Drawing from his own experience as one of four siblings raised by a single mother, Brad appreciates the difficult choices families often make regarding finances. Through this scholarship, he seeks to provide additional financial support to young people with the drive and work ethic to succeed in college but who lack the necessary resources.
The Honorable Eugene H. Austin Scholarship: Honoring a Mentor
The Micklin Law Group also offers The Eugene H. Austin Scholarship, named in honor of the late Judge Eugene H. Austin, Brad Micklin’s professional mentor and friend. This award recognizes loving fathers, whether by blood or in spirit, who deserve more credit than they often receive. Judge Austin’s guidance played a pivotal role in shaping Brad’s career, and this scholarship serves as a tribute to his fatherly advice and enduring impact. The Micklin Law Group is pleased to announce the creation of the Honorable Eugene H. Austin annual scholarship fund.
