2026 Military Freedom Pass
Eligible service members and their families can purchase the exclusive 2026 Military Freedom Pass, with options for a 2-Park and 3-Park Pass, including admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay from November 13, 2025 through December 18, 2026 with limited blockout dates. Specially priced Universal Epic Universe 1-Day tickets are also available for purchase with an activated 2026 Military Freedom Pass, allowing members to explore the brand-new, award-winning theme park that presents a level of innovation and immersion that is unmatched.
2-Park 2026 Military Freedom Pass
The 2-Park 2026 Military Freedom Pass grants admission to both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. It is available for $220. This pass is valid for use from November 13, 2025, through December 18, 2026, with blockout dates applying from December 25, 2025, through January 4, 2026, and March 30, 2026, through April 6, 2026.
3-Park 2026 Military Freedom Pass
The 3-Park Military 2026 Freedom Pass entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on the same day. Ticket is valid for use November 13, 2025 through and including December 18, 2025. Blockout dates apply: December 25, 2025 through and including January 4, 2026; March 30, 2026 through April 6, 2026. Volcano Bay has additional blockout dates from October 26, 2026 to December 18, 2026. Ticket expires in full December 19, 2025. Excludes separately ticketed events.

Purchasing the Military Freedom Pass
The 2026 Military Freedom Pass is available for purchase at participating sales outlets on Military Base installations throughout the United States (valid identification required). This offer cannot be purchased at the Universal Orlando Front Gate.
Each eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of 6 promotional tickets at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels. PLEASE NOTE: If the “Eligible Military Member” does not purchase the maximum of six (6) 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets in their initial purchase, they can return to the military ticket office that sold them the ORIGINAL 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets to purchase the remaining tickets not to exceed 6 total.
Important Restrictions and Information
- The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days.
- Standard entry includes biometric scan.
- Valid only during normal operating hours.
- Parks, attractions, or entertainment may close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).
- Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
- Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required.

Proof of Residency Requirements
EACH PERSON 18 YEARS AND OLDER MUST SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCY. A valid military ID card and proof of residency are required at the time of purchase and redemption. Acceptable forms of residency are, as follows: Florida driver's license with a Florida address, a Florida state-issued ID card with a Florida address, or a Florida Base military ID.
