Program Facilitator

The Program Facilitator supports the administration and smooth operation of the ECMR program at the Monroe Community College campus level. This position is responsible for examining and evaluating record management systems for the efficient handling, protection, storage, and disposition of business records. The Secretary II provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Pre-Collegiate Partnerships unit, which includes College Now (Dual Enrollment), Liberty Partnerships Program, Upward Bound, and related outreach initiatives. The position supports program staff, students, families, and external partners by managing communications, maintaining records, coordinating routine administrative processes, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) Administrative Assistant

The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) Administrative Assistant is responsible for data management of 341+ students from 4 different schools. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for assisting the director with travel and expense reports, documenting and tracking expenses, and completing purchases with the MCC Grants Accounting and MCC Purchasing departments.

Administrative Support Positions in Academic Departments

These positions provides comprehensive administrative support to assigned academic departments (e.g., Psychology, AHPS), serving faculty, adjuncts, staff, and students. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the World Languages Cultures Department, serving faculty, adjuncts, staff, and students. The role operates under the general supervision of the Department Chair with significant independence in managing inquiries, facilitating departmental operations, and ensuring efficient communication between students, faculty, and college offices.

Part-time Recruiting Assistant

The Part time Recruiting Assistant (portion of Project Coordinator) will report to the Program Director (PD). The clerk works cooperatively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic office. This position will also process financial aid forms and follow general office procedures. Additional duties are assigned as well.

Office Management Positions

This is a staff position responsible for performing a variety of office management tasks, including coordinating the functions of a large department, unit, or agency in order to allow an administrator to execute more substantive duties. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of an administrator, with wide leeway allowed for attending to administrative details.

This is a stationary engineering position involving the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, generating, ventilating, and refrigerating equipment. At some locations, the work may also involve maintenance and repairs of plumbing and electrical systems.
