Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology: This program provides the basic knowledge and skills necessary to work with residential and light commercial systems. The curriculum covers mechanical refrigeration, heating and cooling theory, electricity, controls, and safety. The diploma program further explores air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, tools, and instruments. It is offered as an Associate Degree/Diploma/Certificate day program.
Automotive Technology: This program prepares individuals to repair, service, and maintain all types of automobiles. The curriculum includes instruction in brake systems, electrical systems, engine performance, engine repair, suspension and steering, automatic and manual transmissions and drive trains, and heating and air conditioning systems.
Electrical Systems Technology: Students may choose from a degree or diploma in Electrical Systems Technology in a day program, or students may choose a certificate in Electrical Systems Technology in a day or evening program. This curriculum prepares individuals to repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems and physical structures of commercial and industrial institutions. Emphasis is on multi-disciplined systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Course work includes carpentry, interior, and exterior finishes, plumbing, electrical, masonry, air conditioning, heating, welding, machining, blueprint reading, building codes, and OSHA regulations, as well as computer applications.
Industrial Systems Technology: This curriculum is designed to prepare or upgrade individuals to safely service, maintain, repair, or install equipment. Instruction includes theory and skill training needed for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing industrial systems. Students will learn multi-craft technical skills in print reading, mechanical systems maintenance, electricity, hydraulics/pneumatics, welding, machining or fabrication, and includes various diagnostic and repair procedures.
Mechatronics Technology: The field of mechatronics combines electronics, robotics, mechanics, instrumentation, process control and industrial automation. Curriculum includes computer-aided drafting and design, applied mechanics, materials engineering, quality control, manufacturing methods and processes, computer usage, mathematics, physics and oral and written communications. The courses will stress critical thinking, planning and problem solving.
Welding Technology: The Welding Technology curriculum provides students with a sound understanding of the science, technology, and applications essential for successful employment in the welding and metalworking industry. Instruction includes consumable and non-consumable electrode welding and cutting processes.

Basic Law Enforcement Training (B.L.E.T.): This certificate is an evening program designed to qualify students for entry-level employment as law enforcement officers. Job opportunities for successful graduates include police officer, deputy sheriff, company police officer, campus police officer, and state law enforcement officer. The B.L.E.T. program utilizes State Commission mandated topics and methods of instruction.

Office Management: The Office Management curriculum prepares individuals for employment as administrative office personnel who use skills in the areas of office management, office finance, legal office, virtual office, customer service, and office software.

Culinary Arts: This curriculum provides specific training required to prepare students to assume positions as trained culinary professionals in a variety of foodservice settings including full-service restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs, catering operations, contract food service, and health care facilities. Students will be provided theoretical knowledge/practical applications that provide critical competencies to meet industry demands, including environmental stewardship, operational efficiencies, and professionalism.
Early Childhood Education: The Early Childhood Education curriculum prepares individuals to work with children from birth through eight in diverse learning environments. Gunsmithing: As the largest College Gunsmithing Program in the United States, the curriculum at Montgomery Community College is designed to prepare students for new and existing jobs within the gunsmithing trade and firearms industry. Students learn to diagnose malfunctions, plan and execute the best methods of repair, as well as develop skills in machining.
Hunting and Shooting Sports Management: Hunting and Shooting Sports Management is an Associate Degree program. It can be taken as a hybrid program (part classroom, part online) or completely online. The curriculum is a unique combination of business and shooting sports principles designed to prepare students for a career in the retail shooting and hunting sports industry.
Sustainable Agriculture: Sustainable Agriculture is a program that focuses on agricultural principles and practices that, over the long term, enhance environmental quality, make efficient use of nonrenewable resources, integrate natural biological cycles and controls, and are economically viable and socially responsible; and that may prepare individuals to apply this knowledge to the solution of agricultural and environmental problems.
Taxidermy: The Taxidermy curriculum is designed to prepare the student to develop skills while teaching preservation of birds, game heads, and mammals. Related subjects are included for a better understanding of customer relations and natural habitat construction. Students are also versed in state and federal regulations. Course work includes basic proper measuring, skinning, fleshing, preserving, form selecting and preparing techniques.

Information Technology (IT): The Information Technology (IT) curriculum prepares graduates for employment in the technology sector as designers, testers, support technicians, system administrators, developers, or programmers who use computer software and\or hardware to design, process, implement and manage information systems in specialties such as database services, security, business intelligence, healthcare informatics and others depending on the technical path selected within this curriculum.
