The 2025 NCAA March Madness Music Festival will be held from April 4 to April 6 at Tower Park at Hemisfair in San Antonio. The festival is free to the public and coincides with the Men’s Final Four festivities in downtown San Antonio. The NCAA and TNT Sports Live Events sponsor the event, along with AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Capital One.

The Dribble
Thousands of young participants, aged 18 and under, will dribble their way through a one-mile course. Each child will show off their dribbling skills with their very own exclusive NCAA Men's Final Four Dribble Wilson basketball, accompanied by a specially designed branded t-shirt.

Phoenix, Arizona - 2026 Women's Final Four
With the tipoff of the 2026 NCAA Women's Final Four only 38 days away, the NCAA, Phoenix Final Four Local Organizing Committee, Arizona State, Mortgage Matchup Center and ESPN announced details for events surrounding one of America's marquee sporting events. Mountain Standard Time on Friday, April 3, and broadcast live on ESPN.
Super Saturday Concert presented by AT&T
The Super Saturday Concert presented by AT&T is a free event open to the public. In 2026, the music performance will take place at Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix and will feature food and drinks for purchase, an opening act and the headliner, to be announced the first week of March. LOCATION: Margaret T. DATES/HOURS: Saturday, April 4.
Four It All Fest
Four It All Fest is a free block party style event, blended with local Phoenix flavor, located on Canyon on Third Street outside the Phoenix Convention Center. Enjoy this outdoor street festival that features viewing parties, food and beverages, merchandise sales, live music, an outdoor court and much more. This free public event takes place at Mortgage Matchup Center on April 4.
NCAA Women's Final Four Bounce presented by GEICO
Fans age 18 and younger are invited to participate in this unique parade and free Women's Final Four event, joining thousands dribbling their way through downtown Phoenix and into Tourney Town presented by Capital One - the official fan festival of the 2026 Women's Final Four. REGISTRATION: Online preregistration is recommended, as space is limited.
Festival Policies and Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the NCAA has established specific policies regarding bags and prohibited items. All attendees and bags will be subject to search upon entry. Failure to comply with venue and event management will result in denial of entry.

Bag Policy
The following bags are approved for the festival:
- Clear plastic bag: 12 x 6 x 12 inches
- Clear fanny pack: 12 x 6 x 12 inches
- Gallon-size clear plastic storage bag
- Clear backpack: 12 x 6 x 12 inches
- Clutch purse: 5.5 x 8.5 inches or 3 x 4 inches
Bags larger than 5.5 x 8.5 inches are prohibited unless they are clear, plastic bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches. Printed pattern plastic bags are also prohibited unless they meet the size requirements listed above.
Items Allowed Inside the Festival
- One factory-sealed bottle of water, 20 ounces or fewer (only one bottle per person)
- Phone charging case or phone charger
Items Prohibited Inside the Festival
- Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
- Artificial noisemakers or noisemaking devices of any kind
- Balls or any object that can be used as a projectile
- Cameras with professional lenses longer than 3 inches, GoPros, video records and mono/tripods
- Smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes
- Outside food and beverage and containers of any kind (except for guests with medical and dietary needs)
- Fireworks or weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms and knives
- Concealed and open carry (state laws apply to active Texas law enforcement)
- Folding chairs, stools or other seating devices
- Poles or sticks of any kind, including selfie sticks
- Signs, flags or banners of any size
- Unmanned aircraft systems/radio-controlled model aircraft
- Segways, skateboards and hoverboards
- Personal carts, wagons or other large rolling devices (except simple strollers)
- Obscene or indecent clothing or signs
- Any other items determined by event management to be dangerous or inappropriate
Nonpermitted items should be discarded or returned to the guest’s vehicle. The NCAA encourages attendees to store items left in vehicles out of sight. Temporary lockers are not available, so be sure to plan accordingly.

- Weather: The festival will take place rain or shine. However, umbrellas will NOT be allowed at the event.
- Payment: The festival is cashless, so be sure to bring debit and credit cards. Apple Pay and similar payment methods will also be accepted.
- Mobile Charging: Mobile charging stations provided by AT&T will be available on festival grounds and near the Cantina.
- AT&T Fast Lane: AT&T customers can connect to expedited entry through the AT&T Fast Lane.
- Coca-Cola Chill House: This year, concertgoers can check out the Coca-Cola Chill House - a perfect spot to enjoy music and stay refreshed between sets. Fans will try Coca-Cola, Coke Cherry, and the newest flavor, Orange Cream.
