Everyday communication is the centerpiece of every lesson. Topics revolve around sharing information which is vital in the healthcare industry.   • Integration of Concepts of the Professional Role: Students INTEGRATE concepts of the professional role into a personal philosophy of nursing. Students will use Population Health Concepts and Evidence Based Practice to critically evaluate and refine decision-making skills, in the care and management of clients across all populations. Population health, clinical judgement, leadership/management and legal/ethical principles provide a framework for classroom activities. Students experience the role of the practicing nurse in an applied learning environment.
